I help women who feel stuck or disconnected from themselves go from self-doubt and survival mode to clarity, confidence, and flow through my Life by Design Method.

I spent too much of my life disconnected. Disconnected from my highest Self, God, nature and even my family.

I found myself feeling empty, wondering “is this it?” after all the boxes were checked- all the things I thought would add up to the perfect life… weren’t “it.”
