My family is my "why."

I do this work and continue to do this work to not only heal and grow as an individual but even more so, for my kids. We all want a better life for our children. We all want to protect them from the pain and suffering we've endured. I know by working on myself, I become a better version of myself, but I can be a better example for THEM. That's what I'm here for. I believe our true legacy lies in our children and loved ones we leave behind.

I've experienced what unresolved fear, anger, resentment and unworthiness can do to a life, a physical body, a family and any and all relationships including your relationship with yourself, your finances, your business. How you do one thing is how you do everything. Until you work on the Self you will see the same patterns in every area of your life. The lessons keep showing up until you really "deal" with the root cause. It won't matter which job, house, car, partner, how much weight you lose, or how much Botox you pump into your face, the answer lies within.

In my experiences with divorce, losing loved ones, being a single mother, starting a business from scratch and living after abuse I've seen how much can be healed, resolved, grown through if you take the right steps. On the flip side, I've seen how the body keeps the score both firsthand and in family members where the physical manifestation of health conditions arises as a result of unresolved emotions & trauma.

I am proof that this change is possible. Nothing has ever been given to me; I could have used many excuses to live a much different life. I decided what I wanted was what I deserved and let nothing stand in my way. We can be victims of our circumstances, or we can learn and evolve through them, leveling up after each hurdle. Life is so very precious, are you living an intentional life? Are you filled up? Do you often think "this is a dream?" It sounds like fiction but it's real. It's possible and it's easier than you think.
